It boasts dual cooking surfaces, each measuring 29-3/8 inches wide by 15-3/4 inches deep, offering ample space for large-scale cooking. The cooking surface is crafted from 304 stainless steel and paired with a cast-iron base plate, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface.
